2 lb Cocktail Beef/Pork Franks, Open Nature or Boar’s Head {*if using alternative brand make sure to read the ingredient and beware of corn solids, added sugar and excess fillers that add to the carb content*}
1 recipe FH Dough V.1

Instructions:
1. Remove Cocktail Franks from package and dry on paper towel.
3. Prepare FH Dough V.1.
4. Roll out dough with rolling pin to 1/8th inch between two pieces of parchment paper. Cut dough in strips just about the width of the Cocktail Frank with a pizza cutter.
5. Place on a silicone baking sheet with about 1/4” space between each. Chill in freezer for about an hour or refrigerator for two hours or until the dough is very firm on the outside.
Note: Once frozen these can be stored in a freezer bag or reusable silicon food bag.

To Bake:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Remove desired amount from storage bag and place on baking sheet with about 1/2” space between the rows.
3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until outside is golden brown. Cool on baking cooling rack.
