1.5 c Mozzarella
3/4 c Almond Flour
4 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 Egg, whisked
2 tsp EVOO or good quality oil

Instructions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl combine Mozzarella, Almond Flour and Cream Cheese.
2. Heat mixture in microwave in 10-20 second intervals until cheese has been melted enough to be incorporated.
3. Add egg, mixing with fork until well combined.
4. Use as directed according to recipe you’re using.

Note: Dough will be wet/tacky, if it is too wet add a little more almond flour 1 tbsp at a time.
