Pork Sausage Gravy

1/2 recipe Maple Pork Sausage
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
4 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat, room temperature
1/2 c Chicken or Vegetable Stock
1/4 -1/2 c Half & Half
Fresh Ground Pepper

Instructions:
1. Fry Sausage in Avocado Oil.
2. Add Chicken or Vegetable Stock to Sausage.
3. Cut Cream Cheese into small chunks and add to the Sausage and Stock mix. Mix it in until it is well incorporated.
4. Add Half & Half slowly, mixing it in it’s all combined. Reduce over low heat until it is the desired thickness.
*If you need to reheat the gravy at a later time add about a tbsp of any leftover Half & Half.
5. Season liberally or to taste with Fresh Ground Pepper.
